Sieve Technologies Inc. ("Sieve", "we", "us") provides white-label sovereign identity and authentication infrastructure to governments, ministries and public-sector partners. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website (gov.mysieve.com) and our sovereign-briefing intake, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who is the controller
The data controller for this website and for briefing requests submitted through it is:
Sieve Technologies Inc.
2591 Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034 — USA
EIN 35-2959723 · DE File 10490994
Privacy contact: privacy@mysieve.com
For deployments operated by a government partner under their own brand, the partner is the controller for end-user data and Sieve acts as processor under the executed sovereign deployment agreement.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Briefing-request form
- Full name
- Organization and role / ministry
- Official email address and (optional) phone number
- Preferred date and time, time zone
- Message / scope of the briefing you provide
- Technical metadata: user-agent string and submission timestamp
2.2 Visitor telemetry
We collect minimal technical logs (IP address, referrer, page accessed) to operate the site, detect abuse and produce aggregated statistics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this domain.
2.3 What we do NOT collect here
This website does not capture biometric or biovital data. Biovital signals are only processed inside deployed sovereign environments under the partner's policies and the executed agreement.
3. Why we use it (lawful bases)
- To answer your briefing request and schedule the meeting — performance of pre-contractual steps at your request.
- To operate, secure and improve the site — our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
- To comply with legal obligations — tax, accounting, export-control and sanctions checks.
4. How long we keep it
- Briefing requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
- Briefing requests that lead to a contract: kept for the duration of the relationship and for the statutory retention periods required after termination.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
5. Who can see it
Briefing data is accessible only to the Sieve sovereign desk and to engineering / legal staff under confidentiality obligations. We share data with third parties only in these cases:
- Infrastructure subprocessors strictly necessary to run the site (cloud hosting, email delivery), under data-processing agreements.
- Professional advisors (legal, audit) under confidentiality.
- Public authorities when required by a valid legal request.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
6. International transfers
Sieve is incorporated in the United States. When personal data is transferred from another jurisdiction to the US or to a Sieve subprocessor, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism available under the applicable law (GDPR, LGPD, UK GDPR, etc.).
7. Your rights
Subject to the law applicable to you, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in relation to your personal data, as well as withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@mysieve.com. We answer within the statutory deadline applicable to you and may need to verify your identity first.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards aligned with SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 control families: transport encryption, encryption at rest, least privilege, segregation of duties, audit logging, vulnerability management and a documented incident response process.
9. Cookies
This site uses only strictly necessary cookies to keep the session and the form state working. We do not set advertising or third-party analytics cookies on this domain. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and dated above.
