These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sieve Government website at gov.mysieve.com and any forms, content, downloads and briefing-scheduling features made available through it (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Sieve Technologies Inc. ("Sieve", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the Site
The Site is an informational and commercial outreach surface for governments, ministries, state enterprises and sovereign agencies. It is not itself the Sieve sovereign identity platform. Deployments of Sieve technology are governed by the separate written agreement executed between Sieve and the government partner.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you are authorized to act on behalf of a government, public-sector entity, regulated institution or professional firm engaging Sieve in that capacity. You may not use the Site if you are located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory that is the target of comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are otherwise restricted under applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
3. Briefing requests
When you submit a briefing request you confirm that the information you provide (name, organization, email, phone, scope) is accurate, that you are authorized to share it, and that you understand Sieve will use it to contact you, prepare and schedule the meeting, and keep an internal record. Sieve does not guarantee that a briefing will be accepted, and may decline or reschedule for operational, legal or compliance reasons.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access the Site by automated means other than well-behaved search-engine indexing;
- attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer or compromise the Site or any related infrastructure;
- submit false, misleading or impersonating information;
- upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, malicious or that contains malware;
- use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages or to harvest personal data;
- use the Site in violation of any applicable export-control, sanctions, anti-bribery or anti-money-laundering law.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its source code, design, text, graphics, illustrations, the "Sieve" name and logos, "SIDI" and the "Trust-as-a-Service" wording, are owned by Sieve Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws. No license, express or implied, is granted to you except the limited right to view the Site for the purpose described in section 1.
Any whitepaper or document made available through the Site is provided under confidentiality. You may not copy, redistribute, decompile or otherwise exploit it without Sieve's prior written consent.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or resources. Sieve does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
7. No advice; no offer
Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice, nor an offer to sell or solicit services in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful. Engagements are governed exclusively by the executed deployment agreement.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sieve disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Sieve does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure against every threat.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sieve, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if Sieve has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Sieve's aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of or related to the Site is limited to USD 100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sieve harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of applicable law.
11. Confidentiality of briefings
Sieve treats the substance of briefing requests and meetings as confidential and expects the same from you. Information shared during a briefing may be subject to a mutual NDA executed separately.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, except where mandatory law of the user's jurisdiction provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and dated above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
